Volume changes your rate — it never changes your feature set. Every international traveller is covered by the full Fully Loaded plan from day one.
International pricing questions
International programs vary hugely in headcount from one incentive trip to the next. Per-traveller pricing means you're never paying for seats or modules you don't use — your cost scales directly with the size of the program you're running, and every traveller gets the full Fully Loaded platform.
Tiers are calculated on your total annual traveller volume across all international programs, not per individual trip. This means a busy year of several smaller programs can unlock the same lower rate as one large program.
Your rate steps down automatically for all travellers processed from that point once your cumulative annual count crosses a tier threshold. We true this up with you on a quarterly basis — no manual renegotiation needed.
No. The Explorer tier has no minimum — you're quoted the same $9.99/traveller rate whether you run one program of 40 people or several adding up to 400.
No separate setup fee for standard onboarding. Custom onboarding and training is already included from the Voyager tier upward as part of the Fully Loaded feature set.
All international tiers are quoted and billed in USD. If your program runs across multiple currencies on the ground, our on-ground expense management module still tracks and reconciles in local currency.
